Raise bumps hair doesn't grow in that area it was the size of  a dime now its the size of a old silver dollar

Most doctors treat keloids with steroid injections first. If that doesn't work, surgical removal may be an option. But once a keloid forms, effective treatment can be a challenge because, in some cases, treatment may make keloids worse.
